How do I return or exchange my retail store order purchased in Thailand?

For retail store order cancellation and refund, we are sorry that only same-day refund is allowed (as on the date of purchase on order receipt).

Kindly be advised that customized item(s) are not eligible for return or exchange. Physical receipts must be presented if you wish to process returns at stores.

If you wish to return for exchange your item(s), please bring along the physical receipt and the product to the retail store where you purchased them within 10 days from the date of purchase on order receipt. Please make sure that phone case(s) are returned with the QR Authentic Tag, or remain unopened. We will then promptly proceed with a one-time exchange. Due to limited stock, you may not be able to pick up the products at the store instantly, please check with the staff on spot for more details.

Please be advised that exchange is only allowed for the product(s) of equal or more value. If the exchange product(s) has a higher value than the original one(s), price difference needs to be paid out. Please note that no price difference will be refunded during the exchange.

Please note that the return and exchange policy between online orders and retail store orders might slightly differ. Please reach out to us if further assistance is needed.
