When will I receive a store credit refund for my order?

Whether or not you receive your refund as store credit depends on the payment method you used for the original purchase. According to our policy, a store credit refund is mandatory for certain payment types.

When a Store Credit Refund is Required
Store credits are typically issued to your account in the following scenarios:

  • Refunds for Specific Payment Methods: Thailand Online Banking, PromptPay, or Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Returns of products purchased with Gift Card: Any items purchased with a Digital or Physical Gift Card.

Please note that all store credits are issued and held in USD only. When you redeem your credit, it will be converted to the local currency you use at checkout. The exchange rate between USD and your primary currency may fluctuate, and the final rate to be used is determined by bank service providers.

How Store Credits Work
Store credits offer a flexible way to shop for your favorite tech accessories. If you receive credits through a refund, here is how you can manage and use them.

Checking Your Balance: Log in to casetify.com and go to My CASETiFY Club > Credits. Credits can be accumulated, so multiple refunds will stack in your account.
Expiry: Your credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. After this period, they will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
Use Credits at Checkout: Simply check the box "Use credit" on the checkout page to automatically apply your available balance to the order total. You can combine these with promo codes. If your credits do not cover the full amount of your order, you can pay the remaining balance using any of our standard payment options. Store credits are for online use only at casetify.com and cannot be redeemed at our physical retail stores (CASETiFY STUDiOs).


Can I combine credits with other offers?

Yes! Promo codes and store credits can be applied together in a single transaction.

Can I use credits in your retail stores?

No, store credits cannot be used at any retail stores. Store credits are strictly for use on our official website (www.casetify.com).
