Why membership points are not showing in my CASETiFY account after placing an order?

Your membership tier and rewards will be activated 10 days after your Qualifying Purchases.

Qualifying Purchases are defined as merchandise purchased at our CASETiFY store locations or online at casetify.com for personal use, without cancellation or returning the product(s) for refund within 10 days upon purchase. The Qualifying Purchase excludes purchases for resale, shipping & handling fees or delivery charges.

Only orders created starting from CASETiFY Club Official Launch (3 Dec 2021) will be considered in the amount of total spent accumulated. Prevailing order(s) before upgrading to Gold tier member will be excluded in the 12-month Product Warranty privilege.

Please note that the Qualifying Purchase Amount during guest checkout is no longer be retrievable after 100 days of purchase. If you forgot to log in and checkout as a guest, you can simply register or activate the account using the same email address during guest checkout within 100 days of placing the order and you will find the points accredited to your account.

The standard timeframe for accumulating your purchased amounts is 12 months from the date of your last purchase. If the purchased amounts accumulated to the required amount for the next tier within the 12 month period, the Membership will automatically be upgraded. If purchases are made within 12 months, but the amount is not enough to reach the next tier, your membership will still be renewed upon your last purchase! If no purchases are made within 12 months, your membership tier will be lowered by one.

Note: CASETiFY Club Points are your total Qualifying Purchase Amount with CASETiFY. You earn points for every purchase made on www.casetify.com. Once your points accumulate to a certain threshold, your membership status will automatically upgrade to enjoy privileges and rewards. The membership Points themselves have no monetary value and cannot be used as a payment method at checkout.
