If you wish to return or exchange your item(s), please bring along the receipt and the product to the retail store where you purchased them within 10 days from receiving your order (according to the date of purchase on the order receipt/the delivery date on the tracking record). Please make sure that phone case(s) are returned with the QR Authentic Tag, or remain unopened. We will then promptly proceed with a one-time return for refund or exchange.
Please be advised that customized item(s) and changes of device model or product type are not allowed for return or exchange within the 10-day no questions asked return or exchange period for CASETiFY retail stores in Korea. Price difference (if any) between the original item and the item for exchange will be charged or refunded accordingly.
