CASETiFY Store Credit & Gift Cards
Overview
CASETiFY offers Digital Gift Cards (purchased online) and Physical Gift Cards (available at CASETiFY STUDiOs). Gift Cards can be used for online and in-store purchases in the same currency region.
Purchasing a Gift Card
Digital Gift Cards are available at casetify.com. You can select a Custom Amount for Digital Gift Cards.
Physical Gift Cards are available at CASETiFY STUDiOs worldwide (fixed value only).
Gift Cards cannot be purchased using Klarna or Afterpay.
Discount/promo codes cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards.
Redeeming a Gift Card
You must be signed in to your CASETiFY account to redeem a Gift Card.
Once redeemed by one user, the Gift Card is assigned to that account and can only be used by the same user for any remaining balance. Gift Cards are non-transferable.
You can use your Gift Card for purchases online or at retail stores (except CASETiFY retail stores in Taiwan, Japan, France, Korea, Thailand, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and the United States). These are the only retail store exceptions — Gift Cards are accepted at CASETiFY retail stores in all other countries and regions.
For Japan: Digital Gift Cards can be used online only; Physical Gift Cards can be used in retail stores.
To use a Physical Gift Card online, scratch off the holographic panel and enter the Gift Card Code at checkout.
Gift Cards can only be redeemed in the same currency region where they were purchased. They cannot be redeemed in regions with a different currency.

Balance & Expiry
Gift Cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
When you use a Gift Card, the purchase amount is deducted from the balance. Any remaining balance stays on the card for future use.
Value cannot be added to an existing Gift Card.
To check your balance and expiry date, enter the Serial Number or Gift Card Code on the Gift Card balance page.
CASETiFY Club & Gift Cards
Purchasing a Gift Card: Membership points are calculated in the purchaser's account.
Redeeming a Gift Card: The Gift Card value used in an order is excluded from the purchase amount under the CASETiFY Club Program. No extra points are assigned to the person redeeming the Gift Card.
Refunds & Returns Involving Gift Cards
Gift Cards cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged. Lost, stolen, destroyed, or used cards cannot be replaced or exchanged for a new Gift Card.
If you return products that were purchased with a Gift Card, the refund will be issued as store credits (not back to the Gift Card).
Digital Gift Card Delivery
Digital Gift Cards are sent to the recipient's email immediately once payment is accepted. An order confirmation is sent to the purchaser.
The recipient email address cannot be changed after purchase. CASETiFY is not liable for delivery to an incorrect or non-existent email address.
If the recipient hasn't received the Gift Card, check the Promotions/Spam/Junk folder. If the inbox is full, new messages won't be received.
Modifications
The value of a paid Gift Card cannot be amended.
Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded after purchase.
Currency cannot be converted after purchase.
💡 Note: Store credits (issued from returns or promotions) work differently from Gift Cards. Store credits are tied to your account automatically and can be combined with Gift Cards and promo codes at checkout.
