Can I cancel and return CASETiFY Gift Cards?

As stated on our product page and FAQ, gift cards are excluded from our warranty program and 10-day No Questions Asked Return or Exchange. All paid Gift Cards cannot be amended, returned or refunded. See Terms and Conditions

If you cannot receive the Gift Card in your inbox, please make sure you've entered a valid email address. If your email address is a Hotmail account, the Gift Card email may fall into your Promotions / Spams / Junk folder. Check and/or empty your junk email folder - if your inbox is full, you won't receive new messages, including Gift Cards. If you still cannot find the email, please email us and we will investigate further.

CASETiFY Digital Gift Card/ Gift Card is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase, any remaining Gift Card balance will be canceled upon the expiry date. To redeem the Gift Card, you must sign up/login as member. Once the Gift Card has been redeemed by one user successfully, it will be assigned to that account and can only be redeemed by the same user for any remaining value. You can find the available Gift Card(s) that you owned under your Voucher & Gift Card Wallet. The associated Gift Cards are non-transferable.
