To receive priority access, ensure your membership email address is accurate and join waitlist at least 1 day before Priority Access.
If you successfully signed up for the Priority Access but didn't get the Priority Access Link, it is usually due to one of the following reasons:
Check Your Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes, emails with exclusive links get enthusiastically filtered by email providers. Please check your Junk, Spam, or Promotions folders for an email from us.
Registration Time: To ensure our system captures your details for the launch, you must join the waitlist at least 1 day before the Priority Access launch time.
Typo in Your Email Address: Double-check that your membership email address registered is 100% correct. Even a tiny typo will prevent the link from reaching you.
Email Subscription Status (Opted-Out): If you have unsubscribed from our marketing emails or newsletters in the past, our system cannot legally send you the Priority Access link.
Please check your subscription status and opt-in to our email newsletter by following these steps:
1. Log in to the CASETiFY account.
2. Go to “My CASETiFY Club” in Account Details
3. Check your Email Address in “Settings”
4. Opt in to receive Emails in “Edit Contact Preferences”
5. Click “Update Settings” for any changes
