If you checkout as a guest without creating an account or logging in, you should receive an order confirmation email with an order number from us.
To track your order, please activate your account first by following the instructions in an email with the subject “[CASETiFY Club] Activate your account and be rewarded”.
Alternatively, you can also simply register or activate the account and set up the password on the login page using the same email address during guest checkout.
Log into your account and click on Track Order to view your order history and status.
