What if I received a wrong order, or part of the order is missing from my package?

Every CASETiFY order is made-to-order and inspected carefully before dispatch, but sometimes issues can slip through.

Please contact us HERE with the order number, and a photo of the items you have received within 10 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable) and we will arrange a reshipment of the correct item(s) for you right away after confirming the issue.
