How CASETiFY shipping works — production times, standard and express delivery estimates, free shipping thresholds, order tracking, import taxes, and delivery options including DHL On Demand.

CASETiFY Shipping & Delivery

Overview

We ship worldwide! Every CASETiFY product is made to order, so your total delivery time includes production time (to craft your item) plus shipping time (to get it to your door).


Production Time

We aim to have your order dispatched from our facility within 1–6 business days.

  • Since production lead time and shipping time vary by product, we encourage you to check the estimated delivery time on the checkout page before placing your order.

  • During peak seasons (especially around the end of the year), production may take a bit longer as we spend extra time checking and perfecting your items.

  • In rare cases, an item may go out of stock after you order. If this happens, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

  • If you notice an unusually long estimated delivery time at checkout, it may be because a product is temporarily out of stock and restocking is in progress.

Key details:

  • Delivered by the national postal service of the destination country. The delivery time will vary a lot from country to country.

  • The above are estimated time provided by the postal service and do not include the processing time of the Customs in the destination country.

  • Delivery time is not guaranteed — many factors can affect speed, including customs processing.

  • Outside the US, you may be required to sign for the package. Make sure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours.

  • Customs in the destination country may require additional documents and time, which can cause further delays.

If you have a specific date to meet, we recommend Express Shipping for a more reliable timeline.

Delivery may occasionally take a bit longer. Check the tracking page of the courier service for the most up-to-date estimate (the tracking URL is included in your shipment confirmation email after the package is shipped).

DHL Express On Demand Delivery

If your order ships via DHL Express Worldwide, you can take advantage of free On Demand Delivery (ODD) options:

  • Reschedule delivery to a specific date, or put it on hold until you're back

  • Release from signature or leave the package with a neighbor

  • Redirect to an alternate address or a DHL service point

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on orders with a total value (after discount) that meet the free-shipping threshold. For details on the free shipping eligibility and thresholds for your location, please see www.casetify.com.

  • A flat shipping fee applies to orders below the free shipping threshold. To see the exact shipping costs for your specific location, simply add your desired items to the cart and enter your shipping address on the checkout page. The system will automatically calculate and display your shipping costs before you finalize your purchase.

  • Free shipping is not available for all countries. For example, Mexico does not have a free shipping option — shipping fee applies to all orders shipped to Mexico.

  • Due to logistic limitations, standard shipping may not be available in some countries. Check the checkout page for available shipping methods and costs for your location.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • All shipping fees are non-refundable, even if you return the order.

  • Gift Cards cannot be applied to shipping fees.


Tracking Your Order

  1. Sign in to your CASETiFY account (the one you used to place the order).

  2. Click on "Track Order".

  3. Tracking information may take 2–4 business days after shipment to become available from the carrier.


Delivery to Home vs. Post Office

Your order will be delivered to your home address by default. Door-to-door delivery is standard in most areas, though there may be rare exceptions in certain cities, areas, or countries where this service isn't available.


Retail Store Pickup

Online orders cannot be picked up in store. Online orders are delivered by mail only.

If you'd like to purchase in person, visit a CASETiFY STUDiO near you. Stock levels and production times depend on daily operations — we suggest checking with retail staff about actual pickup times.

Import Taxes & Duties

Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees are not included in the price you pay to CASETiFY. These charges, if applicable, are determined and collected by the customs office of the destination country.

EZ WAY real-name authentication is required for customs clearance. Download the EZ WAY app to complete registration. Shipments will not clear customs without authentication or paper customs documents. Learn more

Holiday & Peak Season Delays

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during:

  • Public holidays — both in the origin and destination countries

  • Peak seasons — especially around major festivals (e.g., Valentine's Day, year-end holidays)

  • Customs processing — postal services and customs may require extra time during busy periods

Delays may also occur due to pending payment authorizations. For public holiday schedules in the destination country, refer to the local government website.


Gift Cards & Shipping

Gift Cards cannot be applied to shipping fees. They can only be used toward product purchases.
