If you are placing your order by APP/mobile phone/tablet, please use a computer to place your order. Usually the problem can be fixed sometimes when our customers switch to the computer to place their orders due to the phone/tablet internal security settings.
Please note that we accept major debit cards and credit cards (American Express (USD), Mastercard and Visa), Apple Pay, Paypal at the moment. Cash on Delivery is only available in Japan and Taiwan at the moment. We do not accept Master/Visa/AMEX Gift Cards. If your debit card is not accepted, please try again using a credit card.
- Make sure that your billing address is the same as the credit card information that you have provided to your bank. If you have a different billing and shipping address, please remember to select the box of "Use a different address for billing".
- Make sure that your name and address are entered in the correct language. If you select DHL Express as the shipping method, please enter an address in English, and symbols or accents are not allowed.
- For the expiration date of the credit card, you can simply enter the month and year, there is already a slash (/) in between e.g. "01/2021" (if the expiry date is Jan 2021).
- The risk system finds this payment suspicious, and rejects the transaction
- The card that you are using is not opened up for international payment
- Try using another card or payment method like PayPal or Apply Pay to see whether the problem would be resolved
