Birthday Gift will only be rewarded once during the membership period. If you retain the Silver Tier for another year, it will not be rewarded again or renewed.
However, if the members were downgraded to Bronze and upgraded to Silver again, they can receive a new Birthday Gift Voucher as Tier Reward. For example, a member reached Silver Tier in 2022 but was downgraded to Bronze in 2023, and later upgraded to Silver again, he/she will enjoy another Birthday Gift.
